All Sales Are Final

Because each item is produced specifically for you and cannot be recreated, edited, or resold, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
