What is Exact Timestamp?
Exact Timestamp is a one-shirt concept: every shirt is printed with the exact second your order is placed. That makes each shirt a one-of-one tied to a real moment.
How does it work?
You order. When payment is confirmed, we capture your purchase timestamp down to the second. Your shirt is then printed with your shipping address's timestamp and made specifically for you.
What timestamp do you use?
We use the exact time your payment is confirmed, in your shipping address's timezone.
What exactly is printed on the shirt?
The shirt prints:
I BOUGHT THIS SHIRT ON
DD MMM YYYY
HH:MM:SS AM/PM
Can I choose a different date or time?
No. That’s the point.
Exact Timestamp prints the real purchase moment, exactly as it happened.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photos?
It will match the design and layout. Minor placement variation (up to ~0.5”) can occur and is normal.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer S–XL. Please check the size chart before ordering—each shirt is made to order.
If you need XXL+, email us and we’ll tell you if it’s available this week.
How long does shipping take?
Production: typically 2–4 business days (made to order).
Shipping: typically 2–5 business days after production (varies by carrier and location).
Estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Because shirts are made to order, changes/cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
If you made a mistake, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each shirt is custom-made, all sales are final.
We can’t accept returns/exchanges for sizing mistakes. Please use the size chart before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Email Support@ExactTimestamp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.
